Shipping Policy:

At MEDI-ACCESS, we prioritize efficient and reliable delivery services across India. Through our exclusive partnerships with esteemed national courier services, we ensure the secure and timely delivery of your products.

Our dedicated courier partners diligently dispatch your orders promptly, ensuring they reach you in impeccable condition. Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, enabling you to monitor your shipment’s progress.

While we endeavor to deliver your orders promptly, please note that delivery dates are indicative and not guaranteed. Factors such as remote locations, shipping complexities, product availability, and external circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions) may impact delivery times.

To facilitate seamless delivery, we request complete and accurate shipping details, including the correct address, PIN code, and contact number. You will receive email or SMS notifications regarding the shipping carrier and available tracking options. In the event of multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package(s) will be returned to our warehouse, and the order will be canceled.

Please be aware that our operational days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy:

For added convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services for select locations in India. A standard shipping charge of Rs.150 per order applies, with a maximum order value of Rs.6000/-.

Our courier partners are available to deliver your shipments every day of the week, from Monday to Sunday, between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm.

Force Majeure Policy:

MEDIACCESS acknowledges that certain events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may lead to delays or failures in fulfilling our obligations. These include acts of God, strikes, accidents, war, fire, terrorism, machinery breakdowns, raw material shortages, telecommunications failures, epidemics, natural disasters, or government actions.

In such instances, we will make every effort to promptly notify you of any delays or disruptions.

Product Unavailability Policy:

While we strive to maintain accurate stock availability on our website, there may be rare instances where we are unable to fulfill your order due to product unavailability. Should this occur, we will promptly inform you and initiate a refund to your bank account. Please note that refunds are not possible for exchange products.
